Refunds & Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with your service, please communicate it to me within 3 days and I will be happy to offer a “redo” service. All refunds are up to my discretion.
Please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are running late I reserve the right to alter your service based on the remaining time, or cancel completely. I will do my best to accommodate you by reducing the service, or scheduling for later in the day.
Please notify me 24 hours in advance to request a change that alters service duration. If services are changed less than 24 hours in advance, resulting in a reduction of appointment timing, you may be charged for the services originally booked.
I reserve the right to refuse future service to clients who repeatedly cancel or “no-show.” Please remember that once you have booked an appointment with me, I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. I must implement these policies to ensure the sustainability of my business.
